That should be a tug that can handle pretty much any waether. The length at 46ft is ideal in heavy seas. The Coast Guard (Great Lakes) built their rough weather rescue craft at 48ft. Their naval engineers based it on equations of wave height, pitch and distance between peaks. That would put your len...

Philly, Charlie and Andy now all have first edition copies of the DVD. I have posted some on eBay for sale now that the three stars have their copies. He is indeed a most entertaining gentleman. I love the segment where he calls out the captains on "Deadliest Catch" He pretty much calls them wussies and says he'd come up there and do their jobs for them. Classic Andy right here.
